Palazzo Ceraselli

On a hilltop facing the baroque façade of the Basilica di San Martino, a palazzo built in 1893 by Raffaele Ceraselli will reopen as Palazzo Ceraselli, a five-suite affittacamere in the heart of Martina Franca, in Puglia’s Valle d’Itria. The property was restored by Elio Manca, a descendant of the Ceraselli family, and his wife Gabriela Galbenus, a Feng Shui scholar and yoga teacher, after the house stood largely dormant for nearly half a century. Every suite was shaped by Feng Shui energy mapping, positioning the property at the intersection of two growing travel currents: wellness-led slow travel and design-conscious heritage stays.
Palazzo Ceraselli feels secluded and immersed in nature while remaining under a kilometre from Martina Franca’s Baroque centre. From here, guests can reach the UNESCO- listed trulli of Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni and both coastlines.
